As the Chief of the Hospitality Operations and Development Division of McKnight Engler, Randall has oversight of all hotel properties in our company’s portfolio. A proven industry leader, Blumberg brings over 29 years of hospitality experience to his role and has a rich history of leading high-performing teams to achieve extraordinary growth.

As the Chief of Hotel Operations and Development, Blumberg is responsible for working directly with each of the hotel teams to improve overall operational efficiency as well as working closely with senior leadership to develop and deliver on the company’s hospitality strategy and objectives. Since 2016, he has opened and operated three hotels within our portfolio and has numerously captured the number one position on TripAdvisor along with consistently outperforming market comp sets on the STR report.

Randall serves as an Executive Member of the Augusta Convention and Visitors Bureau as well as a Scouts BSA Leader. When he is not in the office, Blumberg enjoys spending time with his family and Amateur Radio.
