John Engler, Manager Member, has over 15 years of construction, development, asset management, and real estate experience. A graduate of Clemson University, Engler has a degree in Business with an emphasis on Construction Management. Before entering his career now, John played golf professionally and was on the PGA Tour in the early 2000s. 

Throughout the last 13 years as acting Manager, John has led the charge of expanding McKnight Engler’s, previously known as McKnight Properties, portfolio. Working with national companies such as Northern Tool, Lowes Food, Boot Barn, TJ Maxx, Camping World, Hyatt, and many more. Since Engler first became the firm’s leader, there has been exponential growth and gross sales have more than doubled. 

Engler currently serves on the Augusta Tomorrow council and is an active member of his church. Outside of golf and his career, you can find me enjoying time with my wife, Jessica, daughter, Alice, and son, Jack.

    • Retained D Mall, LLC
    • Outparcel Redevelopment Including National Tenant Build-out for Starbucks and Mattress Firm
    • Custom Tenant Buildouts Inside the Mall Including TJ Maxx, Tifara, Shoe Dept. Encore, Linda’s Emporium, Hibbett Sports, Rainbow, and Vision Savers
  • 2010 – Present; Northwest Corporate 
  • Acquired Northwest Corporate; 45,000 Square Foot Office Building, Augusta, GA
  • Established Lease with Miller-Motte Technical College to Accommodate 25,000 sqft of Space, Resulting In A $750,000 Buildout
