With over seven years of experience in the industry, Brianna has a proven track record of optimizing operations, driving strategic initiatives, and enhancing partner, tenant, and client satisfaction.

Hamby oversees all aspects of operational management, ensuring that our properties are managed efficiently and that our clients receive exceptional service. Known for her analytical skills and innovative approach, Brianna plays a pivotal role in streamlining processes, improving operational workflows, and implementing best practices across the organization.

Brianna is known for being the “go-to-gal” with an approachable attitude and a commitment to meeting the needs of investors, owners, and tenants. 

Originally from New York, Brianna graduated with a bachelors in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management, along with a minor in Business and Marketing from Paul Smith’s College, located in the Adirondacks. When she isn’t working, you can usually find Brianna checking out a new brewery or winery with her husband Garrett or playing with her two children Amelia and Granger.
