For nearly four decades the Augusta-based firm, McKnight Properties, has been a pillar in real estate development and ownership within the Augusta community and throughout the southeast. But after decades of developments, sales, and management a new refreshed company has emerged that now invites a more modern and synergetic brand. Thus, McKnight Properties is now McKnight Engler.
The rebranding stems from the company’s evolution of services over the last ten years. “While the core of our business hasn’t changed, our portfolio and services have grown,” explains Managing Member John Engler. “Our team and investors have worked hard over the recent decade to expand our presence in the commercial real estate and hospitality industry. It seemed like the perfect time to implement synergy between all of our expertise, and we feel that refreshing our brand reflects this, while maintaining a connection to our roots.”
